{"id":28,"date":"2020-09-26T00:54:15","date_gmt":"2020-09-25T23:54:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vivushub.com\/vivus\/interface\/faq\/?p=28"},"modified":"2026-05-29T03:22:20","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T02:22:20","slug":"how-to-check-in-attendees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivushub.com\/vivus\/interface\/faq\/how-to-check-in-attendees\/28\/","title":{"rendered":"How to check in attendees?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best way to check in attendees is by using <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/app\/quest-creator-event-manager\/id1422557585\" rel=\"nofollow\">our MetIRL Creator app<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once you&#8217;ve downloaded the <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/app\/quest-creator-event-manager\/id1422557585\" rel=\"nofollow\">MetIRL Creator<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/gb\/app\/vivus-create-event-manager\/id1422557585\" rel=\"nofollow\">app<\/a>, log in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search and select the event you would like to check-in attendees by swiping on the event name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the check-in action button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please wait a few moments while tickets are loaded from our servers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once attendees present <a href=\"https:\/\/metirl.club\/vivus\/interface\/faq\/entering-event-using-tickets\/36\/\">their tickets<\/a> hold the in-app camera against their ticket, once held up, the square box either goes green for valid tickets or red for invalid tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We understand sometimes you organisers may have low lighting so you can custom check-in attendees by clicking the &#8220;Customers&#8221; button at the top right and search for the attendee username, name or email address.
