Problem with resale tickets?

If you are having problems with your resale tickets, please contact the ticket reseller using our chat system. Their username is usually displayed with the tickets.

If after 3 working days you do not receive a response from the ticket reseller please contact us at support@vivushub.com and we would follow up accordingly.

Please note:

  • The resale ticket(s) might be using a different validation system that is beyond our control e.g purchased from a different platform.
  • In some cases, if resale tickets are deemed invalid e.g fake tickets we’ll offer a full refund. But tickets already used will be disputed via a third party. In such cases, we might not be able to offer a full refund.
