If you are having problems with your resale tickets, please contact the ticket reseller using our chat system. Their username is usually displayed with the tickets.
If after 3 working days you do not receive a response from the ticket reseller please contact us at support@vivushub.com and we would follow up accordingly.
Please note:
- The resale ticket(s) might be using a different validation system that is beyond our control e.g purchased from a different platform.
- In some cases, if resale tickets are deemed invalid e.g fake tickets we’ll offer a full refund. But tickets already used will be disputed via a third party. In such cases, we might not be able to offer a full refund.
