Problem with tickets (Reseller)

If you are having problems with your tickets, please contact the reseller using our chat system. Their username is usually displayed with the tickets.

If after 3 working days you do not receive a response from the reseller please contact us support@vivushub.com and we would follow up accordingly.

Please note:

  • The ticket might be using a different validation system which is beyond our control e.g purchased from a different platform.
  • We can’t guarantee a refund.
