How do I create, modify or delete events?

Create

To create an event, click on the “Create Event” button from the home page and enter the appropriate event details. To create tickets/sponsorship packages, click on the “Create Ticket” input field and enter the proper ticket or sponsorship package details.

Modify

To modify your event, from the analytics page, scroll down to find a list of your hosted events. Once you find your event, click on edit to update your event details.

Please note, that you can only modify tickets from the ticket page. To edit your tickets, click the ticket number on the right of the event name. Once clicked, a modal would pop up, here, you can update the ticket name, quantity and the time when tickets would be available (DD-MM-YYYY).

Delete

To delete an event, from the analytics page, scroll down to find a list of your hosted event. Once you find your event, click on the bin icon.

App

Create

To create an event using the app, make sure you are logged in on Quest Creator. Once logged in make sure no item is selected, and:

  • Click on the “Create Event” button at the bottom of the page.
  • Once clicked, enter the appropriate event details.
Modify

To update event details, from the main page, click on the event.

  • Once clicked, the button at the bottom will be updated to something like “Edit Event: Example event”.
  • If you can see this click on the button and update your event with the appropriate details.

Delete

You can only delete your event on the website.
