Processing Refunds.

Issuing Refunds

Occasionally, an event may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances e.g., bad weather, artist not turning up and more. Organisers may opt-in to issue refunds to the attendees. To do this, please send us a support request using the contact form on our home page. The request should include the following:

  • Your full name.
  • Email address (what you used to sign up).
  • Event name and Event link.

Requesting Refunds

Are you having problems with your orders e.g., couldn’t attend the event, events cancelled, etc.? Refunds are issued at the organiser’s discretion except in the case where:

  • The event has been cancelled or you didn’t receive your order.
  • Fraudulent reseller tickets.

To request a refund, speak to the organiser to issue a refund or contact us to issue refunds for reseller tickets.

We can mediate the interaction between you, the organiser or the reseller. To do this, reach out to us using our contact form and include the following:

  • Your full name.
  • Email address (what you used to sign up).
  • Event name and link.
  • Why do you want a refund e.g., organiser event or resellers?

FAQ?

  • How long does it take to process a refund? When we issue a refund, it takes around 3-5 working days.
  • Do you issue a full refund? We do not offer a full refund. We issue refunds, less the processing/check-out fees.
