Sold ticket(s) but haven’t received payment.
When you resell tickets on Vivus Reseller, payments are held in an escrow account for 3-7 and then paid out. You should:
- Get an email when your ticket has been sold.
- When payments have been registered for your resale tickets.
- When tickets have been paid.
