What are the fees?

Prices are usually set by the event organiser or reseller. We charge when online and offline (mobile and card readers) payments are involved:

• 8% + 40p: For hosted tickets, reseller tickets and drinks purchased.

Price may vary depending on the platform you use. Items purchased on our apps are cheaper than when purchased on our website.

Depending on your method of payment, location and bank, payments are usually made to these parties:

• Stripe Local (UK): 1.4% + £0.20p.
• Stripe Foreign (Non-UK): 2.9% + £0.20.
• Paypal (UK): 3.4% + £0.30.
• Paypal (Non-UK): 4.9% + £0.30.
• Brain tree payments: 1.9 + £0.20.

Organisers may decide to use additional services which may warrant a paid subscription, prices are usually reflected during checkout.
