Quest Creator: Why sold tickets differ?
Your sales may vary across our website, app and check-in process for several reasons. Some of the notable ones include:
- Tickets not yet sold: During the checkout process, attendees may reserve tickets from the total available tickets and can either complete their purchase or abandon their cart. Depending on this, your ticket number may either go up or revert after a certain period.
- Ticket sent by organisers: Organisers may issue tickets from the app and opt out of attributing those tickets to the total available tickets. Those tickets are valid but are not attributed to the total tickets sold on the Vivus Quest platform.
To avoid this, make sure:
- All tickets are sold using the appropriate channel.
- When issuing free tickets, attribute them to the total available tickets.
